          • IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> and its representatives have at no time made any warranties or forecasts as to expected return on investment.<\/p><\/li>

          • IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> is not carrying on business in a \u201cregulated activity\u201d as defined in the SFO.<\/p><\/li>

          • IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> shall be entitled to receive commissions from property companies or financial institutions connected with the provision of services.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

            RISK DISCLOSURE<\/h3>

            Investment in property is relatively illiquid. Property values and rental yields may go down as well as up. You acknowledge that the property market is volatile and may be affected by political issues or economic conditions.<\/p>

            6. LOYALTY PROGRAMME<\/h2>

            The IPI Group\u2019s<\/b> Global Investors Table Programme (the \u201cProgramme\u201d) is designed for Members. Joining the Programme constitutes acceptance of these Terms. IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> reserves the right to terminate or modify the Programme at any time.<\/p>

            7. RIGHTS OF IPI GROUP<\/h2>

            If you are in breach of the Terms, IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> reserves its right to claim damages against you (including reputational loss).<\/p>

            8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION<\/h2>

            The Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You and IPI Group \u6838\u5fc3\u4e1a\u52a1<\/span><\/b> irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Hong Kong.
